At Jo Malone London, we're seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as an Assistant Boutique Manager. As a key member of our retail team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the success of our boutique.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who is passionate about retail, has a flair for coaching and mentoring, and is driven to achieve sales and customer service targets. As an Assistant Boutique Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Boutique Manager in leading and developing our team of Sales Advisors
  • Creating and executing in-store events that drive sales and customer engagement
  • Coaching and mentoring Sales Advisors to achieve their full potential
  • Managing inventory, cash reconciliation, and other retail operations tasks

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty
  • The ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Experience of coaching and mentoring others to achieve their full potential
  • A drive to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
