As an Assistant Boutique Manager, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve our goals by supporting the Boutique Manager in leading, coaching, and developing our team of Sales Advisors to deliver exceptional sales, customer service, and operational results.

We're looking for an inspirational and energetic individual who can bring creativity and enthusiasm to our team. As an Assistant Boutique Manager, you'll have the opportunity to elevate our in-store events and draw success from them. You'll also be accountable for the smooth running of the store, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty
  • The ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Experience of coaching/mentoring others to achieve their full potential and to succeed
  • A drive to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
