At Jo Malone London, we're passionate about creating unique and elegant fragrances that evoke a sense of sophistication and refinement. As an Assistant Boutique Manager, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve our goals by supporting the Boutique Manager in leading, coaching, and developing our team of Sales Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.

We're looking for an ambitious and high-performing individual with a flair for retail and a passion for coaching others to reach their full potential. If you have a proven track record in retail, preferably within the beauty industry, and are confident in your ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

As an Assistant Boutique Manager, you'll be responsible for creating and executing in-store events, coaching and mentoring others to achieve their full potential, and driving sales and customer service targets. You'll also be accountable for the smooth running of the store, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Boutique Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the Sales Advisors team
  • Create and execute in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Coach and mentor others to achieve their full potential and succeed in their roles
  • Drive sales and customer service targets, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
  • Ensure the smooth running of the store, including maintaining high standards of customer service and store appearance

Requirements:

  • Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within the beauty industry
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Experience of coaching and mentoring others to achieve their full potential
  • Drive to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
  • Flexible availability across days and hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
