We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Boutique Manager to join our team at Jo Malone London. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team of Sales Advisors to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Boutique Manager in leading and developing the retail team to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
  • Provide inspirational and personalized customer service, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience for our customers.
  • Develop and execute in-store events and promotions to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Coach and mentor Sales Advisors to achieve their full potential, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Manage inventory, cash reconciliation, and other retail operations to ensure a smooth and efficient store experience.
Requirements
  • Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Experience in creating and executing in-store events and promotions.
  • Ability to work flexibly across days and hours, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
