We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Jo Malone London. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a leading role in driving sales, customer service, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of sales advisors to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Create and execute in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Coach and mentor team members to reach their full potential and succeed
  • Manage retail operations, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
  • Provide inspirational and personalized customer service to drive sales and customer loyalty

Requirements:

  • Proven retail experience at supervisor or above level, preferably within the beauty industry
  • Ability to create and execute in-store events
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring others to achieve their full potential
  • Drive to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
  • Flexible availability across days and hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
