Complexity Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Kidderminster.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Maintain open communication with clients and stakeholders to provide regular updates.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and risk management procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
