About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our UK-based HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic support to senior leaders and employees across the UK, ensuring effective employee relations practices are in place.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment law and experience in resolving complex ER cases. A company car or allowance is provided for regular travel across the UK region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Governance: Collaborate with HR professionals and people managers to embed risk-assessed solutions to ER challenges
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant employment legislation and regulations
  • Case Management: Provide expert guidance on ER matters, promoting early intervention and informal resolution
