About the RoleWe're seeking a talented HR professional to join our team and contribute to our company's success. As an HR Associate, you'll be responsible for managing global HR systems, onboarding new talent, and supporting recruitment efforts. You'll have a direct hand in shaping the company's future and will be the backbone of our HR success.
Key Responsibilities- Manage global HR systems, including Workday, to ensure data accuracy and compliance with global standards.
- Take ownership of payroll and employee benefits, including healthcare, pensions, gym memberships, and paid time off.
- Support recruitment efforts, from managing communications to scheduling interviews, to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate on employee engagement and retention initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
We're looking for a highly organized and data-savvy HR professional with strong HRIS skills and experience in HR admin, payroll, or benefits management. You'll have a strong understanding of global HR systems and processes, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
