HR Administrator Graduate Associate

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Associate to join our vibrant and dynamic HR team at Office Collective. As an HR Associate, you will play a key role in helping to deliver exceptional HR support to the business, contributing to employee engagement and retention initiatives, while also ensuring that we stay ahead of the competition.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage data, processes, and reporting within the global HRIS (Workday), ensuring alignment with global HR standards.
- Administer payroll and employee benefits, including pensions, healthcare, gym memberships, and paid time off.
- Support recruitment efforts, including managing communications and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with employee relations and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
- Strong organisational and data management skills with experience in HRIS (preferably Workday).
- 3+ years' experience in recruitment admin, payroll, and benefits management is a plus.
