Futures is partnering with a leading FMCG player to drive business expansion across National & Key Accounts. We're seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to spearhead growth initiatives and collaborate with our Marketing & Commercial team.

This role demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You'll be part of a family-run, friendly working environment, reporting to an industry expert and working alongside a successful Sales team.

As a Key Account Manager, you will:

  • Identify and pursue potential customers at National & Key Account level across multiple channels, including Grocery, Highstreet, and Ecommerce
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Commercial team to develop and implement new business development strategies
  • Work closely with Account Managers to ensure successful negotiation and implementation of new JBPs
  • Drive lead generation to open new doors and maximize growth

To succeed as a Key Account Manager, you'll need:

  • A proven track record of securing new business wins and growing accounts

  • Knowledge/experience of NPD, own-label/tailored products would be beneficial
  • A true 'hunter' mindset with a drive and passion for business development
