Key Account Manager

Futures is partnering with a leading FMCG player to drive business expansion across National & Key Accounts. We're seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to spearhead growth initiatives and collaborate with our Marketing & Commercial team.
This role demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You'll be part of a family-run, friendly working environment, reporting to an industry expert and working alongside a successful Sales team.
As a Key Account Manager, you will:
- Identify and pursue potential customers at National & Key Account level across multiple channels, including Grocery, Highstreet, and Ecommerce
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Commercial team to develop and implement new business development strategies
- Work closely with Account Managers to ensure successful negotiation and implementation of new JBPs
- Drive lead generation to open new doors and maximize growth

- A proven track record of securing new business wins and growing accounts

- Knowledge/experience of NPD, own-label/tailored products would be beneficial
