Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Grassroots Recruitment Limited. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and maximising existing client relationships, as well as identifying new business opportunities within the North West region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximise existing client revenues through effective account management and sales strategies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client base
  • Exceed client expectations through exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and visibility
  • Analyse and compare customer spend levels to identify sales gaps and opportunities
  • Meet or exceed financial and KPI targets
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale key accounts and exceeding revenue targets
  • Relevant sector background in workwear, PPE, office supplies, janitorial/cleaning/hygiene supplies, or similar
  • Strong sales and account management skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary of £40-45k
  • Uncapped 1st year commission of £10-15k
  • Car allowance of £6k
  • 25 days holiday and a good benefits package
