Marketing Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Iconic Resourcing. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing campaigns from start to finish, including campaign inception, execution, and analysis.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team and external stakeholders to create engaging marketing content and campaigns.
- Manage and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, email campaigns, and social media content.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- Work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Media, or a related field.
- Previous marketing experience, preferably in an internship, volunteer role, or as a marketing assistant.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new marketing trends and technologies.
- Eye for detail and ability to analyze campaign performance data.
