We are seeking a talented Graduate Civil Engineer to join our award-winning team in Plymouth. As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering sustainable projects for our communities, planet, and society.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop technical skills through various projects and support in developing softer skills through our early careers learning and development program.
  • Contribute to the concept and scheme designs of projects, including housing, schools, offices, shops, and more.
  • Prepare clear and accurate drawings using AutoCAD and PDS 3D ground modeling software.
  • Provide advice and guidance to clients and project teams through clear and concise reports.
  • Manage workload to meet project deadlines and attend project team meetings.
  • Develop commercial awareness by assisting with proposal preparation and tendering for new work.
Desirable Attributes
  • Relevant industry experience or knowledge of flood risk and nutrient neutrality.
  • Fluency in additional languages or experience with relevant software tools.
  • Full UK driving license and student or graduate membership with the ICE.
