## Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Graduate Civil Engineer to join our progressive and award-winning Civil and Structural Engineering team. As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering sustainable projects for our communities, planet, and society.

## Key Responsibilities

* Develop technical skills through complex projects and early careers learning and development programs
* Prepare reports, provide advice, and guidance to clients and project teams
* Liaise with internal and external team members, develop relationships, and people skills
* Manage workload to meet project deadlines
* Engage with the wider C&S division, Technical leadership Team, and Carbon Task Force
* Arrange and attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute actions
* Attend and contribute to project team meetings
* Attend site to undertake inspections and walkovers
* Develop commercial awareness by assisting with proposal preparation

## Requirements

* Buy into Hydrock's values and ethos
* Offer sustainable urban drainage, biodiversity net gain, flood risk, and nutrient neutrality knowledge or interest
* Possess digital engineering skills, including coding experience related to design automation or digitisation improvements
* Fluency in additional languages, as well as English
* Relevant under or postgraduate industry experience
* Experience with relevant software tools, e.g., AutoCAD, WinDES, PDS, Civil 3D, Infodrainage
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Student or Graduate Membership with the ICE and/or IStructE
