About the Role

We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer Graduate to join our team, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in sustainable project development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop your technical skills through complex project work and collaborative team efforts.
  • Prepare reports and provide advice to clients and project teams.
  • Liaise with internal and external team members, developing relationships and people skills.
  • Manage your workload to meet project deadlines.
  • Engage with the wider division, technical leadership team, and carbon task force to exchange best practices.

Requirements

  • Be passionate about the built environment and committed to sustainable development.
  • Have a strong understanding of project work, including concept, scheme design, modelling, and detailed design.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with clients and project teams.
  • Have a full UK driving license and be able to work in a collaborative team environment.
