We are seeking a talented and ambitious Graduate Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Plymouth. As a key member of our Civil and Structural Engineering team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from concept to completion, and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop your technical skills through hands-on project work and collaboration with experienced engineers
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Liaise with internal and external teams to develop relationships and people skills
  • Manage your workload to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results
  • Engage with the wider C&S division to exchange best practices and support ongoing initiatives

Requirements:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D
