\The Job Description:
\This exciting opportunity as an Assistant Manager will allow you to take ownership of the Clarins business and drive growth through strategic planning and execution. Key responsibilities include:
\- Supporting the Business Manager in achieving business objectives.\
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver results-driven projects.\
- Identifying and maximizing opportunities for growth through brand events and promotions.\
- A successful candidate will possess a minimum of two years' experience in a management role, preferably in beauty or retail, with a proven track record of coaching and motivating teams.\
- We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, 28 days annual leave, employee discounts, training allocation, and access to wellbeing services.\
Job Requirements:
\- Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.\
