About the Role

We are seeking a Product Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Fashion & Retail Personnel. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for trading product categories and ensuring department stock targets are met, while supporting the senior merchandiser in managing a Major Account Agreement.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and shipping partners
  • Forecasting from the Wholesale Sales Strategy Initiative
  • Managing an MAA (Major Account Agreement)
  • Sales and range performance analysis
  • Working with the merchandising manager on seasonal planning
  • Ensuring all forecasts are accurately maintained

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £28,000, depending on experience, and a hybrid working model of three days in the office a week and two days from home.
