This position involves defining and driving major merchandising workstreams for the Private Label Solutions organization, working closely with stakeholders across the company.">
  • You will help define and execute the sourcing operating model across the Group, ensuring clear accountability and meeting the needs of Private Label Solutions.
  • Ensure operational excellence and timely delivery of sourced campaigns planning and execution. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with product teams to define a strategic vision for Merchandising automation and self-serve solutions for partners.
  • Act as the voice of the traveler and the voice of partners' marketing organizations, ensuring their needs are met when building the future state.
  • Continuously evaluate opportunities to grow, simplify, and streamline merchandising offerings.
  • Develop go-to-market plans in collaboration with Product Marketing and B2B Marketing teams to drive new product/feature adoption.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in merchandising and/or product roles or similar positions in leading technology companies.
  • Essential experience and/or understanding of digital merchandising principles.
  • Strong decision-making and prioritization skills guided by data.
