Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Client Partner to drive client success and new business growth for our Tribal office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and executing account plans, and leading a high-performing team of client services professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and motivation to a multi-disciplinary team to ensure work is meeting/exceeding client expectations.
  • Develop and execute account plans to deliver on annual and quarterly targets and business objectives.
  • Set an overall vision for the account, work, and team and proactively keep the team connected to the vision.
  • Balance client and agency needs.
  • Adhere to and act as an advocate for agency values and guidelines.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Client Services experience in marketing, advertising, or consulting disciplines. Agency experience.
  • Experience managing accounts in excess of £3M annual revenue.
  • Fantastic emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Strong commercial acumen and proven track record of account growth.
