Client Partner

Fenergo is a leading provider of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) software solutions for financial institutions. As a Client Partner at Fenergo, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients through their life cycle from delivery through to post-implementation. Your key responsibilities will include cultivating and maintaining strong senior relationships with assigned clients, serving as the senior Fenergo point of contact for client escalations, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for upselling Fenergo's products and services. To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong understanding of regulatory compliance and financial industry trends, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong senior relationships with assigned clients.
- Serve as the senior Fenergo point of contact for client escalations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling Fenergo's products and services.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client management within the financial services or software industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and financial industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
