Community Living Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Community Living Manager to lead our supported living service in Eastleigh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of colleagues to help individuals gain more independence in their daily lives.
Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing person-centred support plans, conducting care needs assessments, recruiting and inducting new colleagues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of others, whether that's helping colleagues grow in confidence or supporting individuals to achieve their goals.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a care management role and experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
We offer a competitive salary of £16.41 per hour, enhanced evening and weekend pay, premium overtime rates, and funded Blue Light Card.
