About the Role

Ramsay Health Care UK Operations Limited is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our Outpatient team at The Cherwell Hospital. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical outcomes and providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients undergoing outpatient procedures
  • Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills

Requirements

  • NMC registration and current experience working within a surgical ward
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
  • Flexible and positive attitude with a warm, considerate, and empathetic character
