We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Associate to join our team in Central London. As an Executive Liaison, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Your key responsibilities will include calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, project support, and communication. You will work closely with senior leaders, using your exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities with precision.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience supporting senior executives, ideally within financial services.
- Organisation: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with precision.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism.
- Adaptability: Comfortable navigating a fast-moving environment and responding to last-minute changes.
