Job Title: Private Equity Liaison
Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Private Equity Liaison to join our client's team. As a key member of the investment team, you will be responsible for developing and executing investor communication strategies to facilitate engagement with investors and analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Investor Communication Strategy:
- Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and other events to facilitate engagement with investors and analysts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, responding to inquiries and providing timely and accurate information.
- Cultivate Relationships:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and other key stakeholders.
- Proactively engage with investors and analysts to understand their perspectives and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Fund Raising Strategy:
- Identify potential sources of capital, including institutional investors, venture capitalists, private equity firms, and strategic partners.
- Support fundraising efforts alongside a placement agent by preparing compelling investment materials, including pitch decks, offering memorandums, and financial models.
- Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in investor relations at a private equity firm.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
- Track record of building and maintaining relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
