Job Overview
We're seeking a highly organised and reliable Procurement Administrator to join our purchasing team at On a Roll Sandwich Company. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the uninterrupted supply of ingredients to our production team. This includes balancing capacity, usage, and demand to provide exceptional service to our colleagues.

The successful candidate will have strong administration skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities. A background in purchasing or supply chain management is desirable but not necessary as full training will be provided. We offer a competitive salary of £33,000 per year, plus benefits including canteen facilities, company pension, and discounted food.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day purchasing of goods, materials, and services
- Perform data analysis using Excel and issue reports on supplier performance
- Monitor deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods and resolve any issues
