Scandinavian Groupage Operator

We are seeking a skilled Scandinavian Groupage Operator to join our dynamic team at LV Logistics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily airfreight tasks, including the raising of quotations, issuance of shipping documentation, processing customs clearances, invoicing clients, and passing purchase invoices.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating groupage loads to maximise revenue and reduce costs.
- Negotiating rates with hauliers and arranging collections to meet sailing deadlines.
- Providing competitive quotations in a timely manner.
- Obtaining, checking and preparing documentation to meet customs and insurance requirements and any packing specifications.
- The creation of export and import declarations where appropriate.
