The Philosophy Education school in Enfield is seeking a skilled Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a full-time role with an immediate start date and an estimated salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.

Job Requirements
  • Previous experience working with complex pupils and SEMH needs.
  • A strong understanding of SEMH principles and practices.
  • Ability to provide interventions and support to pupils on a one-to-one basis.

You will work closely with teachers to develop learning activities and plans for individual pupils and cover classes across the school as required. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through training and professional development.
