Job Overview

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a dynamic and dedicated recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Advanced Practitioner Social Worker to join their team on a full-time basis in Enfield. This exciting permanent opportunity offers a salary of up to £54,516 per annum.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking complex assessments and care planning, maintaining a reduced caseload of complex cases, and providing professional guidance and support to Social Work staff. They will also lead best practice development, initiating and engaging with recommendations, and implementing changes in policy and procedures within a specialist area.

Additional duties include carrying out audits or participating in research to support quality assurance and developing standards as required. The role also involves establishing effective links and working relationships with other key colleagues from different services within and external to the Council and Mental Health NHS Trusts, Acute NHS Trusts, ensuring a professional approach to team working and appropriate services for Service Users and Carers.

Requirements
  • A professional Social Work qualification or equivalent.
