Mental Health Support Specialist

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Enfield to assist with the appointment of a Community Mental Health Worker on a 2-month contract, likely to be extended at clients' discretion. Please apply with your CV for consideration.
Rate of Pay: £15.50-£19.06 per hour
Hours Per Week: 21-60
Job Description:This role involves establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with service users. Providing practical support and assistance to meet individual needs, as well as undertaking key/case worker duties.

- Undertake key/case worker duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the Care Act 2014.
- Proven experience of working as a main support worker to adults with primary severe and enduring mental health needs.
- Experience of working independently in the community using a person-centered approach.
