We are seeking a skilled and caring female care assistant to join our team at Harbour Healthcare. As a care assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our female residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

About the CompanyHarbour Healthcare is a family-run business with 22 care homes across the UK. We pride ourselves on providing a warm and welcoming environment, where residents can thrive and feel valued.
Key Responsibilities- Providing personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and using the bathroom
- Assisting residents with daily living tasks, such as eating, drinking, and medication management
- Encouraging social interaction and participation in activities, such as arts and crafts, watching TV, or going for walks
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to senior staff members
