About the Role:
This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires a caring and compassionate individual to provide expert care and support to children with complex needs. As a Paediatric Care Specialist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Provide hands-on care and support to children with complex medical conditions, including tracheostomy care and ventilator management
* Assist with medication administration, personal care, and other aspects of daily living
* Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
* Maintain accurate records and reports to monitor client progress and well-being

Requirements:
* Experience working with children with complex medical conditions
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic life support training (BLS) and first aid certification
