Job Overview:

As a Support Worker Role at Dillington Mews, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our tenants, promoting their independence, choice, and wellbeing.


About the Service:

Dillington Mews is an autism-specific supported living service comprising 6 individual flats. Each person we support lives in their own apartment.

  • We provide 1:1 support for 6 tenants.
  • All tenants have an individual support plan, ensuring they are supported in a person-centred way and are promoted to make own choices.
  • Each person has their own individual care package of support.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a care or support role, preferably in a supported living setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, families, and colleagues.
- Basic IT skills and ability to use digital tools effectively.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
