We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Female Care Assistant to join our team at Clement Court Care Home in Stoke-On-Trent. This role presents an excellent opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional, person-centred care to our residents, supporting them with their daily needs and activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and maintain high standards of quality.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of engaging activity programmes that promote resident enjoyment and satisfaction.
A competitive salary of £25,000 - £27,500 per annum, dependent on experience, is offered, along with flexible working patterns, including night shifts, to accommodate individual needs.
