Proactive HR Coordinator

Are you a proactive and organized individual looking for a challenging role? Do you have experience in HR and a passion for delivering excellent customer service? If so, we would love to hear from you As a Proactive HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department, contributing to the effectiveness and efficiency of our operations.
You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including managing payroll, absence records, and benefits administration. You will also assist with recruitment and onboarding, as well as note taking at investigation and disciplinary meetings. In addition, you will generate HR reports and analytics as required.
Requirements:
- Ideally 1-2 years' experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources position.
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
- Strong ability in using MS Office.
- Experience with HR databases.
- In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of up to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
