Job Description

We are seeking an Editorial Manager for Life Sciences to join our team at Life Sciences Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for editing and proofreading educational content to ensure scientific accuracy, clarity, grammar, and adherence to client style guidelines and regulatory standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure consistency, formatting, and compliance with industry guidelines (e.g., AMA, ICMJE, GPP3).
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and project managers to support the development of educational materials and ensure project alignment with objectives and timelines.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, medical sciences, journalism, or related field; advanced degree (MS, MPH, PhD, PharmD) preferred.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in medical communications, medical education, publishing, or healthcare.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
