We are seeking a Content Development Manager to join our team at Life Sciences Recruitment. As a key member of our editorial team, you will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of medical education materials, working closely with medical writers, editors, and project managers to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical communications and a passion for developing high-quality educational content. With a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in medical communications, you will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of scientific and medical terminology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the development of medical education materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry guidelines.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and project managers to support the development of educational materials and ensure project alignment with objectives and timelines.
  • Track editorial workflows, timelines, and review processes to meet deadlines and maintain high standards across all deliverables.
  • Verify references, sources, and data in medical and scientific materials to maintain the integrity of content.
  • Assist in addressing client feedback and revising materials as needed, incorporating reviewer comments and ensuring final versions meet client expectations.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
