Life Sciences Recruitment Specialist

Language Business is a progressive, international recruitment agency dedicated to the exciting sector of life science and related medical industries. Our client base consists of life science and medical related companies across Europe, with a strong focus on the German and French speaking markets.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant who will work closely with our clients to understand their business models and hiring needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for researching and sourcing life science candidates to fill various roles within our client base.
Job Description
The successful candidate will have fluency in either German or French and a strong understanding of life sciences or a related field. Previous sales or recruitment experience is an advantage but not essential as full training is provided. A positive 'can do' attitude, excellent relationship building skills, and a good understanding of medical or life science terminology are essential requirements for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own accounts (business from the life science and related medical industry sector) client base
- Work towards your own targets as well as team work and team target as the role is very team focused
- Interviewing candidates face to face and over the telephone
- Attending exhibitions and industry events
- Regularly attending client meetings and business pitches
- Telephone contact to maintain/establish contact, network, gain market information and vacancies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Fluency in German or French
- A graduate in life sciences or related science or a business studies or related subject
- Previous sales or recruitment experience is an advantage but not essential as full training is provided
Benefits
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £28,000-£35,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus uncapped sales commissions (realistically £50,000+). You will also receive excellent benefits including 25 days holiday, electric bike scheme, £25 gym membership monthly contribution, and matched pension contribution up to 7.5% of basic.
