Regulatory Affairs Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team at Cpl Life Sciences, specializing in cosmetics and non-OTC products.

About the Role:
  • Provide regulatory review and approval of product labeling and advertising materials for cosmetics and non-OTC classes in the UK and Ireland.
  • Support the Regulatory Team with specific tasks, including claims tracker updates, databases, and compliance activities.
  • Work with the Regulatory Team to develop project implementation plans and manage resource planning to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
  • Project manage and implement regulatory changes to company assets, such as product labels and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive regulatory strategy and implementation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in cosmetic regulatory affairs, particularly with promotional material and artwork review/approval throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of UK ASA, CAP, and BCAP guidance for advertising, as well as the UK and EU Cosmetic Product Regulation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and effective written and oral communication.

A competitive salary of £65-£70 per hour, based on your qualifications and experience.
