Talent and Performance Manager

As our Talent and Performance Manager, you will lead our talent and leadership development strategy, cultivating the potential of our people and ensuring we can identify, nurture, and advance talent throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Director of Learning & Development to design and execute talent and performance strategies.
  • Manage and mentor the Talent Development Specialist, empowering them to excel.
  • Revamp talent management processes and equip L&D business partners and HRDs with the necessary tools.
  • Reshape our talent management approach for improved mobility and participate in cross-business talent forums.
  • Champion our drive for Diversity & Inclusion and Leadership competencies.
  • Elevate our career management platform and resources, inspiring personal responsibility for progress.
  • Streamline performance management approaches and materials.

As a cultural ambassador, you will embody the 'One Mitie' culture, working collaboratively to deploy exceptional talent and performance-oriented learning solutions. We seek someone with a passion for delivering high-quality, learner-focused L&D solutions, proven experience in fostering innovation and collaboration, comprehensive knowledge of the entire L&D cycle, and an up-to-date understanding of emerging trends and best practices.

You should be able to work effectively in a fast-moving, creative environment, with strong project management skills and the ability to plan and prioritise tasks. You'll have the opportunity to drive innovative solutions, embrace challenges, and help our workforce unlock their full potential.
