We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Monitoring Officer to join our Community Safety Unit. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe environment for residents and visitors to North Lanarkshire.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide advice and assistance to the public on anti-social behaviour and out-of-hours homeless services
- Operate a CCTV monitoring service to ensure public safety
- Use a range of communication methods to provide professional customer service
- Input data to relevant systems, assist in information collation, and produce reports
- Work with retailers, partnership agencies, and stakeholders to identify and report faults
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a secure, controlled environment
- Flexibility to deal with sensitive situations and remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of North Lanarkshire geographical area and CCTV systems (desirable)
- Experience of working in a call centre background
