Contract Monitoring Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Community Safety Unit as a Contract Monitoring Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe environment for residents and visitors to North Lanarkshire.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide advice and assistance to the public on anti-social behaviour and out-of-hours homeless services.
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to incidents as required.
- Collate information and produce reports to support the team's work.
- Work closely with retailers, partnership agencies, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve community safety.
- Undertake duties such as identifying and reporting faults, and assisting with access to the building.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a secure, controlled environment and undertake radio and telephone communications.
- Knowledge of the North Lanarkshire geographical area and CCTV systems (full training will be provided).
- Flexible approach to dealing with sensitive situations.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
