Contract Monitoring Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Community Safety Unit as a Contract Monitoring Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of residents and visitors to North Lanarkshire.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide advice and assistance to the public on anti-social behaviour and out-of-hours homeless services
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to incidents as required
- Collaborate with retailers, partnership agencies, and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve community safety
- Input data into relevant systems and assist in the production of reports
- Work in a secure, controlled environment and communicate effectively via radio and telephone
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and respond to sensitive situations
- Knowledge of North Lanarkshire geographical area and CCTV systems (full training provided)
- Experience of working in a customer-facing role and using IT systems, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to obtain an SIA Licence and undergo a full police check
