Contract Monitoring Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Community Safety Unit as a Contract Monitoring Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe environment for residents and visitors to North Lanarkshire.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide advice and assistance to the public on anti-social behaviour (ASB) and out of hours Homeless (OOH Homeless) services.
- Operate a CCTV monitoring service, ensuring the safety and security of our community.
- Use a range of communication methods to provide a professional customer service, resolving customer enquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Input data to relevant systems, assist in the collation of information, and produce reports as required.
- Work collaboratively with retailers, partnership agencies, and other stakeholders to identify and report faults, and assist with access to the building.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a secure, controlled environment and undertake radio and telephone communications as required.
- Flexibility to deal with circumstances of a sensitive nature.
- Good interpersonal skills and knowledge of anti-social behaviour and homeless services.
- Ability to demonstrate a good working knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
