Contract Monitoring Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Community Safety Unit as a Contract Monitoring Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a safe environment to residents and visitors to North Lanarkshire.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide advice and assistance to the public on anti-social behaviour (ASB) and out of hours Homeless (OOH Homeless) services.
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to incidents as required.
- Input data to relevant systems and assist in the collation of information and production of reports.
- Provide customer service and resolve enquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a secure, controlled environment and undertake radio and telephone communications.
- Knowledge of the North Lanarkshire geographical area and CCTV systems (desirable).
- Experience of working as part of a team and providing a proactive approach to work.
