Job Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating fire safety initiatives, working closely with site management teams to ensure compliance with industry standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge of passive fire protection and intumescent paint, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Requirements:- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of passive fire protection and intumescent paint, including fire stopping procedures and products.
- Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Certifications and Training: Hold current SMSTS and CSCS tickets, and have experience with the BORIS system.
The salary for this role is £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including 28 days annual leave, a company truck, laptop, and mobile phone, pension scheme, and supplementary training opportunities.
