Fire Recruitment is seeking an experienced Yard Manager to work with one of our clients in Canterbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring timely completion of tasks, training and development, as well as handling any disciplinary issues.

This is a full-time position with the possibility of working half days on Saturdays. The pay rate will be negotiable based on experience.

Job Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and train staff effectively, and have strong problem-solving abilities. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary package, which includes a base salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development.
