Job Title: Senior Accommodation Host
Location: The Falstaff, Canterbury
Salary: Minimum wage dependant on age (circa £10-£12 per hour)
About the Role:
We are seeking a confident and experienced accommodation host to join our team at The Falstaff in Canterbury.
Company Overview:
The Falstaff occupies a historic coaching inn dating back to 1403, offering individually decorated rooms and suites. Our hotel is located near medieval West gate towers and just a short walk from the city center.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy service delivery
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences
