About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Commis Chef to join our team at Canterbury Cathedral Lodge. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in the preparation and cooking of all foods.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Assisting in the preparation and cooking of all foods according to high standards
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Working effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth service operations
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A Diploma in Professional Cookery levels 1 & 2 or equivalent
  • Experience working in a professional kitchen, particularly with fresh foods
  • The ability to maintain high levels of productivity and food standards during service
