About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Safeguarding and Training Lead to join our team at First Clinical Ltd. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing training and safeguarding supervision to Children's Services.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality training and safeguarding supervision to Children's Services
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver a comprehensive Inter-Agency Training Programme covering all aspects of Child Protection
- Create engaging training materials, articles, policies, action plans, and conference reports
- Conduct quality assurance and identify improvements to Children's services
- Ensure robust safeguarding systems are in place to meet legal requirements

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in safeguarding and child protection
- Proven track record of developing and delivering training programs
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding systems and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
